Saudi Arabia has allowed electronic visit visas for more countries. Three countries have also been included in Saudi’s e-visa scheme.
Newly included are the Caribbean countries of Barbados, Bahamas and Grenada. This was announced by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Tourism. Citizens of these countries can now apply for an e-Visit visa online or obtain a visa on arrival at Saudi international airports. With the inclusion of three new countries, the total number of countries receiving Saudi e-visa has increased to 66. India could not make it this time either.

Those entering Saudi Arabia on a tourist visa can participate in events, exhibitions and conferences, perform Umrah except during Hajj, visit friends and relatives, and visit tourist attractions in Saudi Arabia.
Visit visa holders are not allowed to perform Umrah during the Hajj season and work for wages in Saudi Arabia. Visit visa is valid for one year. Within this period, you can enter Saudi Arabia multiple times and stay in the country for a maximum of 90 days. The Ministry of Tourism started issuing tourist visas on 27 September 2019. Initially, e-Visas and visas on arrival were granted to people from 49 countries.
