In addition, the program will include a period of practical training in international factories specialized in automobile manufacturing, which will enable them to gain the practical experience necessary for success in the field of the electric car industry.
This program aims to employ newly graduated male and female engineers at the National Automobile Company, where they will be sent to the United States of America for a year, to join an academic program specialized in automotive industry engineering, in addition to a period of practical training in international factories specialized in automobile manufacturing.
This pioneering initiative aims to provide participants with the necessary skills to design and develop electric vehicles, battery technology, and sustainability, with the aim of stimulating innovation and progress in the electric vehicle sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The “Seer” company program comes as a result of joint efforts between it and the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, as it represents an extension of the ongoing efforts in providing training and employment opportunities for national cadres, and developing them to meet the needs of the industrial and mining sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This program comes in cooperation with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program (a promising path), and in cooperation with the private sector, with the aim of enhancing cooperation between the public and private sectors and promoting sustainable development in the Kingdom.
