Opportunities for developing the value-added food industry were also discussed with Lamb Weston, in addition to reviewing opportunities for expanding paint production with Akzo Nobel.

Among the most prominent meetings that took place during the visit were with the “Fadl Nadkar” company, where opportunities for establishing a factory to localize the manufacture of commercial vehicles and trucks that operate on hydrogen fuel cells in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia were discussed.

This visit comes within the framework of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to enhance the role of the industrial and mining sectors, attract quality investments, and increase the access of Saudi non-oil exports to European markets.
