A statement from the Royal Court reported by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) stated that the medical team decided to subject King Salman at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah to a treatment program consisting of antibiotics until the infection goes away.

The Royal Court said in a statement earlier today: “It was decided that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, will undergo medical examinations today at the Royal Clinics at Al Salam Palace in Jeddah, as he suffers from a high temperature and pain in the joints.”
According to the statement, the medical treatment team suggested conducting some tests to determine his health condition and ensure his safety.
