The same source added that the commercial idea was proposed during the visit of the Emirati security delegation to Tel Aviv, and they toured the port of Eilat, and met with security officials in order to come up with mechanisms and procedures for implementing the project.

According to “Israel Hayom” newspaper, which published an article in which it said: The project to establish a sea corridor aims to enhance tourism capabilities in southern Israel and open the door to medical and religious tourism directly between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Israeli occupation state, by allowing a group of caravans for Hajj and Umrah From 48 Palestinians, traveling via the sea corridor to Jeddah and from there to Makkah Al-Mukarramah, without the need to go to the Queen of Jordan.

An Israeli security source, who refused to reveal his identity for security reasons, announced that the government of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu would propose to the United Arab Emirates the construction of a land corridor linking Israel with the Arab Gulf states, including Saudi Arabia, according to what was revealed by the Israeli newspaper Globus.

The Israeli newspaper, Globes, specializing in economic affairs, published on its website yesterday evening, Wednesday, saying: “The authorities in Tel Aviv will offer Abu Dhabi to build a land corridor linking Israel and the Gulf states, to be a link for transporting Gulf oil and gas to the countries of Europe and North America. Saudi Arabia will also have a station to annex the corridor, despite the absence of overt diplomatic relations between it and Israel.

On the common economic side, building a land corridor linking the Gulf states with Israel will facilitate the transportation of oil and natural gas, as Globus confirmed that the transfer of natural resources will be through specialized pipelines starting from the Gulf countries to the city of Eilat, “south of the Israeli occupation state”, and then to the city Ashkelon, to be transported to Europe and North America.

In conclusion, the Israeli newspaper Globus noted that the agreement to normalize official diplomatic relations between Israel, the UAE and Bahrain included large economic projects, as the agreement stipulated: “An article says that the parties will strengthen and develop cooperation in projects in the energy field, including regional transport systems. With the aim of increasing energy security ”
