UAE launches first influencer hub to attract 10,000 influencers

The goals of launching the first headquarters for influencers are to empower them and create sustainable frameworks for a thriving creative economy.

The United Arab Emirates launched, on Sunday, First influencer headquarters, a major initiative that aims to attract 10,000 influencers to the UAE, harness the next generation of talent, and support its plans to build an “inclusive content economy.”

It was revealed First influencer headquarters, and an ambitious vision for the future on the second day of the “Billion Followers Summit” in Dubai, which brought together thousands of social media personalities from around the world who are helping to shape the future of this thriving industry.

UAE’s goals for launching first influencer headquarters

The UAE government media office said, after announcing the first influencer hub in Emirates Towers, that the influencer hub will work to “empower influencers, amplify their impact, and create sustainable frameworks for a thriving creative economy.”

The First Influencer Hub initiative was founded in collaboration with 100 members from 20 countries, including some of the world’s leading content creators as well as those supporting the rise of the sector.

The first influencer headquarters initiative has received the support of many of the most prominent global names in the field of written or visual content, including: Meta, TikTok, X, Spotter, Creator Now, Tube Filter, Epidemic Sound, New Media Academy.

Building a comprehensive content economy that enhances the UAE’s leadership

Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, said: “Today, we are leading major efforts dedicated to building a comprehensive content economy that enhances the UAE’s leadership in a field that has become a major driver of the future.”

The “Influencer Hub” initiative is one of the fruits of the “Content Creators Support Fund” launched by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, worth 150 million dirhams.

This directive came during the second edition of “Billion followers summit“ Which was held last January, with the aim of supporting content creators, talents, and innovative initiatives, enhancing the digital content industry, and driving its sustainable growth.

Al Gergawi stressed that “the world is witnessing rapid transformations, most notably developments in the field of content creation and digital media. It is necessary for us to prepare to maximize the positive impact of these transformations, confront their challenges, and direct them towards building a better future for peoples.”

The first influencer hub is a global platform for innovation.

The first influencer hub, it is a global platform targeting content creators, influencers, and the content economy from around the world, and is designed to host more than 300 events and workshops annually.

The first influencer hub offers exclusive services to its members, including facilitating procedures for obtaining a golden residency, supporting relocation to the UAE, and helping to establish companies, with the aim of enabling content creators to expand their influence, develop their skills, and enhance their success in this field.

The headquarters also provides specialized annual workshops and training programs that meet the needs of its members, run by prominent experts and leaders from the most prominent companies and global platforms.

These programs include young creative camps, creative startup groups, mentorship and fundraising programs, creative partnership programs, as well as specialized training in building successful partnerships with brands, producing distinctive visual content, developing negotiation and storytelling skills, understanding the audience, preparing work budgets, setting prices, and creating specialized content.

The “Influencer Hub” aims to attract content creators on social media platforms and digital broadcasting, podcasters, and visual arts workers, in addition to advertising and marketing companies, brands, animation studios, music and media production companies, and fashion and lifestyle brands.
