UAE, red and yellow alerts declared due to fog

Abu Dhabi: Heavy fog in UAE. Heavy fog was experienced in Abu Dhabi Ajban and Al Faqa. In the background of this, the National Meteorological Center has announced red and yellow alerts. 

The authorities had informed that the visibility will decrease and therefore the drivers should be careful. The speed limit on Al Taaf Road in Abu Dhabi has been reduced to 80 kmph. According to the announcement of the weather center, the country will have cloudy weather today. There will be a slight drop in temperature.

Wind gusts of 10-20 km/h are likely. Sometimes up to 30 km. Dust particles will also rise in the wind, so people with dust allergies should be careful. Today’s maximum temperature will be 30-35 degrees Celsius. Minimum temperature will be 16-21 degrees Celsius. 

At the same time, the weather department has warned that there will be unstable weather in the UAE from Sunday, March 24 to Tuesday, March 26. Meanwhile, winter has ended and spring has begun in the UAE. Strong winds are also expected. As the wind blows, the dust rises. Motorists are advised to exercise caution in the event of an unsettled weather warning.

The sea is also predicted to be rough. The weather center has announced that there will be light rain on March 22 and 23. From Sunday, March 24th to Tuesday, March 26th, rain clouds will increase and heavy rain may occur at times. Heavy rains are accompanied by thunderstorms at times. The temperature will drop. The rain will ease by Tuesday evening.
