    According to the Ministry of Civil Aviation, till July 7, 1,935 repatriation flights were operated under the Vande Bharat Mission, carrying more than 2.55 lakh passengers. Of these, there were 966 inbound flights carrying 1,66,538 passengers and 969 outbound flights with 72,067 flyers.

    170 Indians stranded in UAE returned

    On Tuesday, 170 Indians stranded in the UAE returned to Chandigarh International Airport in Mohali under a special SpiceJet flight under the Vanda Bharat Mission. This is an Indian who had gone to UAE for some work before the lockdown. Now they have been brought back by the Indian government. When the Indian government came to know that Indians were stranded here, several special flights were operated to bring them back.

    Air India will operate 36 flights between 11 to 19 July to bring Indians from USA to India under the Vande Bharat Mission. The booking for this is on the AI ​​website on July 6 from 8 pm. Air India has tweeted that it is time to book tickets for cities like USA, New York, Chicago and San Francisco.

    The fourth phase of the Vande Mataram Mission to bring Indians from abroad during the Corona epidemic has begun. Air India and domestic private companies have been allowed to fly for this. The fixed price of the ticket will be charged for such flights.
