A fine of 10,000 riyals will be applied to violators of the regulations Pilgrimage According to what was announced by the Saudi Ministry of Interior, the punishment for violators of Hajj regulations and instructions for those who are caught without a Hajj permit within the Holy City of Mecca, the central region, the holy sites, the Al-Haramain train station in Al-Rusaifah, security control centers, sorting centers, and temporary security control centers, as of 11/25/1445 AH until 14/14. 12/1445 AH corresponding to 06/02/2024 until 06/20/2024.
The Ministry also confirmed the imposition of a fine of (10,000) riyals on violators of Hajj regulations and instructions without a permit against all citizens, residents, and visitors caught within the geographical area who do not have a Hajj permit, and the deportation of those residing among them to their country and the ban on entering the Kingdom according to the periods specified by law.

The Ministry of Interior stressed that a double fine of (10,000) riyals will be imposed on violators in the event of repeating the violation, noting that the penalty for anyone caught transporting violators of Hajj regulations and instructions without a permit is imprisonment for a period of up to (6) months and a fine of up to (50,000).
Riyals, and demand the confiscation of the means of land transportation by judicial ruling, and the deportation of the violating carrier if he is an expatriate after serving the penalty. He is prohibited from entering the Kingdom according to the periods specified by law, and the financial fine is multiplied by the number of violators transported.
