Coronavirus: UAE-based athletes remotely break Guinness World Records

UAE-based athletes break Guinness World Records remotely

Abu Dhabi based, a group of six athletes broke the Guinness World Records, GWR, title for most number of chest to ground burpees in a period of 24 Hours.

On Sunday, GRW said in a statement that “as far as the minimum requirement was concerned it was 6,000, but the team managed to double that with 12,502 burpees in the same allotted time.”

The team consisted of Ivan Camponogara, a research professional; Eva Clarke, a serial breaker of Guinness World Records record and super-fit trainer; Tereza Petrovicova, a student and fitness enthusiast; Daniel Gill, AD of Wellness at a UAE-based university; Brandon Chin Loy, a Computer Engineering senior; and Anna Erdi, a Psychology senior professional.
