DP World’s logistics park in Jeddah represents a major development for the group’s projects at Jeddah Islamic Port. This modern facility provides an integrated environment for trade and logistics services, enhancing operations for importers and exporters.
The first steps towards implementing a huge investment project in the Jeddah Islamic Port have begun, as a company announced DP World “DB World” in cooperation with General Ports Authority Saudi Arabia announced the launch of the project on an area of 415 thousand square meters, the largest integrated logistics zone in the Kingdom.
The project is expected to be ready to open in the second quarter of 2025, after its implementation is completed in two phases.
The project includes the establishment of the latest storage and distribution facilities on an area of 415 thousand square meters, making it the largest integrated logistics area in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The facilities include large yards designated for multi-purpose warehouses with an area of 185 thousand square meters, in addition to 390 thousand storage platforms, to ensure flow. Smooth transportation of goods to and from Jeddah.

The project is considered a model of sustainable innovation, as it includes supplying the storage warehouses with a rooftop solar power plant, capable of generating 20 megawatts of renewable energy, reflecting its commitment to environmentally friendly technology and logistical efficiency.
