Giving entertainment cities in Saudi Arabia a deadline to correct their conditions

The General Entertainment Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia issues an important announcement for all various entertainment facilities, including “entertainment cities” and “entertainment centers.”

She called General Entertainment Authority In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, all entertainment facilities that fall within its jurisdiction, including “Entertainment cities and “Entertainment Centres ”, to comply with the rules and regulations issued by them, by obtaining the necessary licenses before the deadline set for July 31, 2024.

The Authority urges all establishments operating in the sector to expedite the correction of their regulatory status by submitting license applications via the “Entertainment Portal” electronic platform, stressing the importance of completing the licensing process or renewing expired licenses before the specified deadline, to avoid any violations that may arise from this and impact on Business continuity.

This measure comes from the Authority’s role in raising the level of quality of entertainment services in the Kingdom, ensuring the provision of safe and enjoyable entertainment experiences for visitors, in addition to enhancing the Kingdom’s position as a leading entertainment destination.

The Authority is working to provide the necessary support to establishments to complete this process smoothly, and to achieve its shared vision with the sector in developing the entertainment industry in the Kingdom.

It is expected that these joint efforts between the Authority and entertainment facilities will contribute to raising the level of entertainment services and experiences provided to the public, and to strengthening the Kingdom’s position as a leading entertainment center in the region.
