International services to start soon from newly constructed Red Sea Airport in Saudi Arabia

RIYADH: International flights to the Red Sea International Airport, which has been completed along with the new tourism resorts along the Red Sea and the coast of Saudi Arabia, are starting. The first flight from Dubai will land here on April 18. The flight of Emirates airline Fly Dubai will land at the Red Sea Airport marking the start of its first international service.

Domestic flights currently operate to and from the Red Sea. A few months ago, services were started with various airports in Saudi Arabia. Fly Dubai operates two services a week. It is on Thursday and Sunday. Saudi Airlines will operate a service from Riyadh and Jeddah to the Red Sea from September 2023. This is the first time that an international flight is about to arrive at the Red Sea.

With the arrival of FlyDubai, there will be eight regular weekly flights to and from the Red Sea, including domestic services.
