Riyadh: Police arrested four foreign women who committed theft and pickpocketing in Makkah. The Makkah police arrested four Egyptian women for pickpocketing in public places and bus stations.
The police recovered the stolen items from them. This is part of the efforts to prevent desecration of Mecca during Ramadan and the Umrah season and arrest those involved. Those arrested were produced before the public prosecution after completion of legal proceedings.
