- Deport the violating carrier if he is an expatriate, and prevent him from entering the Kingdom in accordance with applicable regulations.
The security authorities confirmed that penalties will be applied to anyone who is caught inside the Holy City of Mecca, the central region, the holy sites, the Al-Haramain train station in Al-Rusaifah, security control centers, sorting centers, and temporary security control centers, and does not hold a regular Hajj permit. He will be fined 10,000 riyals, and the expatriates will be deported to their country and banned from entering the Kingdom in the future.
