Uncertain Corona cases rise again in Saudi, preparing to close again?

RIYADH – Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health recorded 263 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, a slight increase after reporting record low cases earlier this week.

The ministry reported 11 more deaths in the last 24 hours, marking the lowest single-day virus-related deficit in more than eight months since the coronavirus outbreak in Saudi.

This is a total number of 357,623 confirmed infections in Saudi and 5,907 deaths. The ministry has also reported 374 new recoveries in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of people free of the virus virus to 347,176, with a recovery rate of 97.07 percent.

Among the new cases, Riyadh region recorded the highest number of cases with 62, followed by Mecca region with 52, Medina with 41 and Eastern region with 40 cases.

The remaining cases were found in governance in individual cities and across the state. With a steady decline in the number of daily cases and a spike in Uber, active cases in the Kingdom also decreased by 4,540 on Tuesday and there were 649 critical cases overall.
