Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has opened a new bus station near the Stadium Metro Station with a number of upgrades.
The Stadium Bus Station will serve as a key station linking passengers to Stadium Metro Station and serving Al Nahda and Al Qusais areas.
The bus station will have full operation of bus routes, shortening travel time for passengers. and providing seamless connections to various transit options.
Outlining the upgrades at the new bus station, the transport authority said the roadworks on the bus routes are complete and traffic signals are also installed. There are 10 designated bus stops on the route.
Outdoor seating and shaded waiting areas are also provided at the bus station.
One can also find a TVM and a NOI card top-up machine at the bus station, besides traffic signs, pedestrian crossings and a transport info screen.
