Riyadh: New road instructions have been issued as part of the security procedures prepared by the ministry during the Hajj pilgrimage. As part of security and to keep the Haram clean, it is forbidden to bring food into the Haram except coffee, dates and water.
For the safety of the pilgrims, sharp objects and flammable gases are not allowed inside the Haram. Pilgrims should be careful to carry small bags. Large bags are restricted. It is also prohibited to bring children’s strollers inside. The ministry also highlighted the importance of following the instructions to perform the Hajj rituals easily without any difficulties.
