Answer – Make an equal amount of panch powder by mixing almonds, poppy seeds, coriander, fennel and sugar candy in equal quantities. Take one spoon each morning and evening. Soak Brahmi at night and mash it in the morning and sieve and mix sugar candy and drink. Massage of coconut oil on the soles of the feet daily before bedtime, those who have more problems can get Shirodhara done in Panchakarma. It also provides relief in insomnia. Do regular Bhramari, Anulom-Antonyms and Pranayam. Avoid eating things like gram flour, maida, sourness etc. Avoid sleeping during the day.
